Family & Mahal

Register each household with address, ward and house number, house type, cluster, priority and income status. Add every member with relation, date of birth, education, religious level, blood group, marital status, occupation, physical status and a photo.

Group families into named clusters and wards so collection and communication can be area-wise. A detailed search finds any household or member by name, number or any recorded field.

Set a monthly amount per household with a start month. The system generates that month's dues automatically on a day you choose, or on demand. Rate changes apply only to future, unpaid months.

Record a payment against a family and a category, apply it to outstanding dues, and issue a receipt number. Payments submitted by families through the portal wait for an approver before they count as income.

Overpayments become wallet credit with a dated history of every credit and debit. Future dues can be settled from the wallet, so the ledger always balances.

Issue marriage certificates capturing groom, spouse, guardian (valiyy), witnesses and kazi, with signatures, and download a formatted PDF. Issued certificates stay on file for reprints.

Record births (which add a new family member and raise the household count), deaths (which mark a member and adjust the count), and marriages. Corrections are archived, never silently deleted.

Create committees with a name, purpose, start date, president, secretary and members. Keep past committees on record with their status.
